The so called 'greenhouse effect' (IR trapped by
greenhouse gazes in atmosphere) (1) does not occure
in an usual greenhouse (simply prevents convection)(2).

The greenhouse effect was named after greenhouses! Greenhouses were not
names after the greenhouse effect, otherwise they would be called
greenhouse-effect houses. However you are correct, you cannot buy a
greenhouse with an atmosphere of IR absorbing gasses floating around it.
To be more correct, but equally ridiculous, your post should have said;
The so called 'greenhouse effect' does not rely on a giant glass sphere
encapsulating the planet.

The greenhouse effect is just a name that is easy to remember. It does
not mean that it works in exactly the same way.
