Oh, all the promises and assurances were all there but a >10% failure rate
killed us. And these were PROVEN products that had merely been transferred
to India for manufacture. The 'short-cuts' and shoddy work practices I saw
in their factories were beyond belief and despite raising my concerns at
board level many times it barely ever got any better.

MY advice ? Don't touch Indian goods with a bargepole.
