I have designed and built a home in the California Gold Country that is
solar ready.   The problem is I can't get Real Estate agents to advertise
the fact that it is solar.

Does anyone have a agent that believes in Solar?

Perhaps you could tell us what "solar ready" means?

The house has #10 wiring from the panel to the roof and the roof is 24'x64'
at 40 degrees facing South.   We are at latitude 38, so that should be close
enough.   The garage has a 24'x24' roof same angle and direction.   Lots of
room for solar.

So I have a garden hose and a flat spot in the lawn, does that make my
place swimming pool ready?

No, but if you had storm drain access and a high volume hose bib
out near that flat spot, possibly.

The wire to the roof is probably the key here.  That could take some
major effort to retrofit...Assuming it's a nice, professional job.
So some of the hard work is nearly done

On another approach, the agent works for you... make them put it in
the listing if it's important to you.

Perhaps have a "house pamphlet" that points this out to prospective
buyers.

Ich habe keine Ahnung was das bedeutet, oder vielleicht doch?
