Believe it or not, Seattle! People actually do solar out here. It rains
all summer by the way so don't anyone get any ideas about moving out
here! ;+)

Seriously now. I'm not considering putting solar panels on my current
house. I'm just learning the ropes as it were for the next house we buy.

thanks,

hey pixelfreak, your right about seattle you guys have one of the
lowest sunshine areas in the country because of your rain. but keep in
mind there are still those up your way that have systems. next time
you get out to the san juan islands you may want to ask around as
there are quite a few solar systems out there, with alittle less rain.
anyway good luck. i alsays recommedn to people to start small and
fully understand what they are buying. many many many are buying
systems and finding out that in a year or two the inverter failed or
that some other thing is not working the way it is supposed to. so by
knowing a little about the equipment you will be able to ask the right
questions. jb
