I am using a battery charger to charge my solar batteries when there
is no sun and wind. When the sun shines a light cell cuts the mains
power to the charger and vice verse. All i need is a cheap and
cheerful method of switching on the mains when the batteries are
below say 11.5 volts or so.
Your esteemed advice is welcome.
