Am being told by a system manufacturer that the 135 watt pv modules he
specifies are rated at 0% degradation after 25 years.
This guy tells me that his modules are made by an outfit dba Sun Si in
China. I am unable to find any info on the 'net on a manufacturer known
as "Sun Si." Also, this seems like an extraordinary claim, seeing as
how most name-brand modules seem to be warranteed only @ 80% after 20
years.
Any comments are appreciated.

What makes you think you can sue a Chinese manufacturer? And what
makes you think they'll still be around in 10 years, anyway?

Is it possible that they simply under rate the panels by 20% or so to
begin with?

I suppose, but I've asked the guy several times for the data sheets for
the panels or contact info for his module mfr, but he has not been
forthcoming.
