Dear friends,
I have a PV plant (3kWC) newly installed with Schucco panels and a SMA Sunny
Boy 2500, That work perfectly well.
I have also installed a Sunny Beam Link.
Sunny beam is OK and work very well.
But I have not been able to transfer data fron Sunny Beam to my PC by USB
link.
(I have the tried to install software from the SMA CD, but I don't know why
I cannot make any transfer)
Can you give me some help please.
Thanks in advance

Sorry I can't give you anything to help your Sunny Beam link, but I can tell
you what I use that works.
My PV system is on a garage roof with a couple of Xantrex inverters on the
outside wall that feed RS232 data to an old junk Windows 2000 computer
inside running GT-View software. The garage is about 40 ft from the house,
so I use "PC Anywhere" software in the garage computer and in my laptop to
transfer the daily data via Wi-Fi. All the garage computer needed was an
ethernet wireless router to talk to my laptop. I figured it's better than
throwing out the old computer.
