Hello everyone,

Im currently trying to install a PV system at my home. I have 12v,24v
dc producing solar panels, and was wondering what grid tie inverter
should I use. According to SMA,Xantrex,Fronius companies the input
voltage is really big, more than 100v.

I appreciate any help,
Thanks in Advance

Antonio

Panels are generally wired in series in order to make the required
voltage. If you post the details on your array, perhaps someone can
recommend an inverter to suit.

Check out the Outback GTFX inverters available in 24 and 48 volt models.
They are battery based systems also I found these lower volt/watt units:

They do not have battery backup but are much cheaper if you plan to stay
with a small system.
Hope this helps
