Is solar-thermal electric a better option than photovoltaic?
Such as cost, life span, efficiency.......

they say similar project could be done in the US

I gota "Plan" for the Worlds Largest Solar Array to be built in Alaska,
too.....
Repost this earth breaking news when they actually have built the Dam
