is there a market for15 watt solar panels

  Do you all see a market for 15 watt panels in the usa for around $90 ea.

 Just curious, I can get a hold of a few of them.

A bit off topic, but while looking at panels I can across this concentrator one.

 Probably would be, but it all depends on the type, quality, what kind of
frame (if any), and if it has UL and CEC approvals. But the market won't be
big, 15 watt panels simply won't do much but trickle charge batteries.
