Similar message as Johns ....We are in chico, ca and were given a bid
- sunpower -27 panels 9059 kwh - $2000 less rebates.  Seems like a
lot.  Estimate says in 10 years it will be paid for.

Anyone have any feed back on Sunpower Inc. ?

Did the bid really say 9059 kwh? That's not an energy unit, its
power.... energy x time. Got a model number for a panel? Lets say a
panel is rated at 120w... 27 of em would give you about 3kw. I've
heard a rule of thumb that $0 a watt installed is a good price... so
thats about $0 for the panels, another $K for an inverter,  and $0K
profit for the installer?
