I sent an email to the guy who runs the website. It's not a typo.
Appearently the price fluctuates wildly. I don't know why. I saw at one
point it was up to 99.99 cents/kWh, but it's usually in the much more
reasonably 10 cent range. Anyway, here's his reply:
"It is almost correct. The System Marginal Price of the Alberta Electric
System Operator's electricity market at hour ending 14:00 on March 29 was 67
c/kWh ($77.50 /MWh)as per the attached file. It was 20 c/kWh at HE 15:00.
I should change our web site to say HE 14:00.

Some times the price goes to $.00 per kWh."
