There is a BIG difference between making the statement "which we beleive
will" and "we are".

That is my point.

I have read absolutely nothing about the current price or availabiltiy of
these panels, only the target price, and claims that they are shipping
product.

I would fully expect the product to initially sell at prices comparable to
other panels in order to recoup their initial investment.  I would not be
suprised if they never reached the target prices of $.99/Watt.  But I have
little doubt that that was their intent.

The rest of the world probably sells PV panels for $ per watt also. **You**
are at the bottom of the pyramid scheme, Steveway, and pay $/watt. American
way.
