Hi:
For a Home project, I will need a Controller
that controls a 12 V pump that exchange the
water between a Collector and a Radiator if
the temperature in the Radiator is less by a delta C
than the temperature in the Collector.
Q1. Could you recommend a Controller for the above task?

Look around in builditsolar.com. Someone recommended that on this forum
a while back. It has a lot of good information (the problem is finding
time to read through it all.)

I can send you one from South Africa! We have them made for 12V supply
and 12 V pumps. www.sunpower.co.za
