Mailer program?  You're not using a newsreader or Outlook?  You don't
give attribution to anybody that you quote.  I just checked your
posting history.  Whatever you're doing, it's wrong and you should fix
it.  It makes it a lot easier for people to follow a thread and
interspersed replies if there are attributions as well as quoted
commentary.

most states, and as far as I know essentially all US building codes
