No, I would put the water through water to water or direct
and the air through air to air to keep mold and dust out of the
house air.

Why would you need an air-air heat exchanger if you are circulating house
air through a sunspace?

It is not a sunspace. They are an array of collectors on top of a patio awning.

  I would not want to get dust and mold inside the house.
  The collector boxes are not completely sealed, it seems to me that
  the air inside the box would not the best after they have sat out in the rain
for 20 years.
