Here's an even better priced evacuated tube panel on ebay.      It
comes with a stand so you could mount it in your back yard and take it
with you.

 Actually this one comes with an electric booster.    The design is
really nice it doesn't have a separate manifold like many others so
I'm sure this cuts down the cost.    It looks like it comes with a
stand too so you could put it in your backyard and take it with you.
