These people claim to have built a functioning perpetual motion
machine. Either they are telling the truth, in which case the Second
Law of Thermodynamics is wrong despite having been validated by a
couple of centuries of observation and experiment, or they are
deliberately lying, presumably in the hope of getting a lot of money
from investors. My bet is on the second possibility.
The Testatika is supposed to work but kept from the rest of the world by a
religious group. There is always somthing that stops us having it.
