hai!

Anybody have designed and used the evacuated tube solar collector
panels for swimming pool heating. If yes, can I get some information
on how to calculate sizing for a 15' X 40' indoor pool with pool cover
for nights?

Using evacs for pool heating seems like overkill to me.

Assuming you are talking about the summer, commercial, unglazed, mat
style pool collectors cost about $ per sqft and will collect more
energy per sqft during typical summer conditions that evac tubes
will.   Compare that to evac tubes at $0 per sqft.

You can directly compare evacs to pool collectors by downloading the
SRCC Directory of SRCC certified Collectors here:

Here is a blurb on how to use the ratings:

You probably want to compare the collectors for Service A or B.

Or, you could make your own pool collector for $ per sqft  :)

Dear Mr.Gary,

Thanks a lot for your respose and suggesstions. However, this is for
use in India and my friend is having a lot of vacuum tubes with him.
The plastic collectors are not readily available here. However thanks
